Hi, I'm Emma Bea. Qualified Personal Trainer based in West Auckland.
I have always had a passion for movement and fitness. After a rather sedentary period of working in shops and offices, I was beginning to feel the aches and pains of not exercising like I previously had in the past. After getting back into the gym, I remembered how extremely beneficial exercise is, and how much I enjoyed it. Because of this, I would love the opportunity to help others who are in similar situations. Whether your goal is sustainable weight loss, improving flexibility and mobility, or building real-world functional strength, I create personalised programs, and offer encouraging guidance to achieve lasting results.
